Anita Sarkeesian has been a Canadian and American feminist media critic for more than 20 years. She's well-known as a public speaking. She is the founder of Feminist Frequency the website which provides commentary and videos on the representation of women in pop culture. Anita Sarkeesian was a Canadian and an American feminist media critic. Feminist Frequency investigates how women are depicted in popular media. Destroying stereotypes about women are her primary goals. In addition, Sarkeesian explores the issue of specifically targeted harassment online against women and for other groups which have been marginalized. Sarkeesian, who holds the degree of Master's in Political and Social Thinking in the field of social and political thought from York University, is a well-known public speaking. She has spoken at TEDxWomen's XOXO Festival and the United Nations Broadband Working Group for Gender. Feminist Frequency was founded in the year 2009 by Sarkeesian. university student who has been fascinated by issues concerning gender and feminism since a long time. The ambitious lady planned to create an online program that would examine the gender roles in games but was the target of an online harassment campaign. She was not deterred from the attack, and actually, it just reinforced her desire to become a media critic and feminist. In recognition of the many contributions she has made to feminist movements, she has been the recipient of numerous awards. Anita Sarkeesian was a multi-award winning media critic. She was also the creator and director of Feminist Frequency an educational and non-profit organisation that studies pop culture gender representations.
