Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy (born April 16th, 1996) was born in Miami Florida. Half English as well as Spanish her parents are Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker and Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. Her father is Argentine with Scottish-English descendance. The mother of Taylor-Joy is Spanish and has English roots. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children. Four come from her father's previous marriage. After having lived within Buenos Aires for six years The family moved to Victoria. Taylor-Joy said she was traumatic, and refused to go back to school in English because she hoped to be able to return to Argentina. Hill House, a school in the same district as Northlands was obligated to accept her. Then she attended Queen's Gate School where she trained in ballet and appeared in school plays. After 16 she quit school in order to explore acting as a profession. Taylor-Joy has always wanted to become an actor. As a teenager, Sarah Doukas Founder of Storm Management gave her the chance to become a model.
